Following the same thought process Aashra Ek Ummid is arranging training plan which is a process of sharing a common experience, challenge or concern. It is participatory in nature, and involves getting help, giving help, learning to help them, as well as sharing knowledge and experience.

Aashra Ek Ummid works with women who live in poverty, most of whom have never had an education and are victims of domestic abuse.Access to paid training and the income that follows provides them with an alternative to relying financially on violent and abusive spouses, charity, or exploitative .Aashra Ek Ummid provides livelihood training to the women who are deprived and neglected from the society.Aashra Ek Ummid has started to empower the women by imparting Them with various training programs like Tailoring, mattress making, beautician course and leather bag making etc. for income generation for their sustainability and livelihood.

Women population constitutes around 50% of the world population. And most of the women around the world are unemployed that is the reason our world is suffering economically a lot. Women are equally competent even women are ahead of men in many socio- economic activities. Undoubtedly women are the backbone of our society such as caring mother, doting daughters, competent colleagues and other roles are played by women around us with grace.

Women empowerment is a powerful tool which refers to the creation of an environment for women where they can make decisions of their own as well as for the society. Women empowerment refers to a solid foundation to nurture the inner strength, creativity, and self-esteem of women from all walks of life. Now-a- days women are well enough to able to go out into the world, prepared to handle any challenge with skills, confidence and grace.we are helping poor young women be independent by sponsoring  4 month course on Cutting & Tailoring, Beauty parlor, mattress making etc to improve the social, economic, political and legal strength of women, to ensure equal- right to women and make them confident.

To allow for higher studies and it encourages a woman to show their talents which will not only benefit her individually and to the whole world at large.Women are increasingly participating in the national development process and making the nation proud by their outstanding performances almost every sphere.
